The numbers reveal that the epidemic is here! Many suburban MA towns have a Lyme disease Incidence Rate as high as those typcially seen on Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, and Nantucket. LymeLITE had a full house for a 2009 "Stop Lyme disease!" public forum in Lunenburg. Attendees learned about the prevention, diagnosis, treatment, controversy, and ultimately the elimination of the public health hazard of Lyme disease.
